Equality and Non-Discrimination Policy

Commitment

In line with the Non-discrimination Act (1325/2014) and the Act on Equality between Women and Men (609/1986), no one is discriminated against on the basis of age, origin, nationality, language, religion, belief, opinion, political activity, family relationships, health, disability, sexual orientation, gender or other personal characteristics.

In practice

We adapt activities to enable participation, and we address discriminatory behaviour promptly.
