GDPR and Data Protection Policy

Principles

We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently; only for specified purposes; minimised to what is necessary; accurate; kept no longer than needed; and securely (GDPR Art. 5).

Responsibilities

The board is responsible for data protection in the association. Persons handling personal data are instructed on confidentiality.

Data subject requests

Requests are answered within one month. Send requests to contact@safehavenmtcarmel.org.

Data breaches

Personal data breaches are documented and, where required, reported to the Data Protection Ombudsman within 72 hours.
